1 Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity that owns and operates the btbet platform and any user of the btbet website ("user" or "you"). By using the website, opening an account, or accessing any service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Security

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be cancelled and balances may be forfeited.
• The name, address, and identity details provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. These details must not be shared with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the btbet support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

btbet conducts identity verification as part of its secure and transparent operations. Before a withdrawal, or at any time, you may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use btbet's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• Please ensure that online betting is not legally prohibited in the country or region from which you are accessing the service.
• Individuals from countries or regions on the restricted list may not use btbet.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and must not operate an account on behalf of another person.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

btbet supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh so your transactions are fast and secure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on btbet are currently supported via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and account tier.
• Deposits must not be sent through a third party — funds must come only from your own account.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• If identity verification has not been completed, withdrawal processing may be delayed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, btbet will process payment after completing additional verification.

4.4 Erroneous Transactions

If an incorrect amount is credited to an account due to a technical error or mistake, btbet reserves the right to recover that amount. Any bets placed using erroneously received funds will be considered void.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

btbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are described in detail on that bonus's page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 (calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonuses are awarded only against deposits made with real money; depositing with bonus funds does not qualify for a bonus.
• btbet reserves the right to grant or withdraw bonuses, particularly in cases of a breach of terms.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to ensure fair and proper operation of the btbet platform:

• Fraud, deception, or any attempt to increase your balance through unlawful means.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Using bots, automated software, or any kind of hacking tool.
• Using the platform for money laundering or the concealment of illegally obtained assets.
• Attempting unauthorised access to btbet's systems, servers, or networks.
• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to cause harm to other users.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage — in such situations you must notify btbet immediately.

If btbet finds evidence of involvement in any of the above activities, it may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances and winnings.

7 Responsible Gaming

btbet believes that gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial wellbeing of our users.

• Upon request, btbet can provide users with a self-exclusion facility for a specified period.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 btbet's Authority

btbet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of false or incomplete information being provided.
• In the event of suspected fraud or unlawful activity.
• If a request for identity verification is not responded to.
• If requested documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the btbet website — including logos, graphics, design, software, text, and databases — is protected by the intellectual property rights of btbet or relevant third parties.

• No element of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without the written permission of btbet.
• Saving information for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Using btbet's trademarks or brand name without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

btbet is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, btbet is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If service is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or any other technical issue.
• If loss occurs as a result of your password or login details being disclosed to a third party.
• If the service is unavailable due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
• If financial loss occurs as a result of a user's own gaming decisions.

btbet's total liability will never exceed the balance existing in your account at that time.

11 Policy on Changes to Terms

btbet reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
